Confirming this issue on fully upgraded Neon User Edition. The error message is: kmail: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libkmailprivate.so.5: undefined symbol: _ZNK13MessageViewer6Viewer8atBottomEv it's a binary incompatibility.
