Description Nikos Platis 2016-10-06 21:40:00 UTC
kscreen (the "Displays" app) has an empty or wrong entry in the Recent Applications list of launchers

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Launch kscreen (the individual app, "Displays", not the Settings module) a few times.

Actual Results:
In the "Application Dashboard" launcher there must be an empty place in the Recent Applications list; select it and kscreen is started.
Similarly, in the "Application Launcher" launcher there must a corresponding empty place in the "History" panel, above Applications (and Documents).
In the "Application Menu" launcher, in "Recent Applications" I get an entry with no icon and a mostly random label (at one time it was the name of a recent app, at another time it was the name of a recent file!).

Expected Results:
There should be an entry "Displays" with the proper icon in the recent applications list.

Seems to be resolved now.
