Hi, I use often two screen on my laptop. Sometimes, If I launch a program like Dolphin or VLC, they open the windows of the software on the second screen (extended display).
This not comfortable but I live with it.
The problem is when the second screen is not plugged, they can do the same thing.
The software open the windows out of the main screen like if there is an extra display, but it's not plugged.
The only way is to plug the extra monitor and bring back the software windows to the main screen.
I need to check, but I think this problem happen when I shut down the system with the two display.

This should be fixed with the Plasma 5.8 release. If you can still reproduce it with that version, please add a comment or open a new bug.
