Description Bastian Beischer 2016-10-05 09:57:20 UTC
I just updated to Plasma 5.8.0 LTS and since the update the Digital Clock in my Panel takes up too much space (it is too wide, i.e. there's lots of extra white space to the left and to the right of the actual time string in the panel).

Other people on Arch have found the same problem and have uploaded a screenshots here:

Mine is even wider.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Plasma 5.8.0 LTS
2. Add a Digital Clock Applet to your panel
3. Reduce the vertical size of the panel.

Actual Results:
Width of the Digital Clock Applet should scale accordingly.

Expected Results:
Digital Clock Applet is too wide.
