if i understood correctly it's a taskbar launcher which this is the intender behavior, adding launcher icons in the panel (or using the quicklaunch plasmoid) has instead the behavior of launcher icons staying there to launch new instances This is by design. Your options: * If you want persistent icons, add apps to the panel instead of to the Task Manager. * Right-click and click "New instance" * Configure new instance on middle-click in the Task Manager settings |
