On left side, bookmarked/pinned apps, including Amarok, KTorrent, Konversation, use their system tray icons rather than colored icons.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open application dashboard
2. Bookmark/pin those applications: Amarok, Konversation, KTorrent
3. See the icon shown in left bookmark panel

Actual Results:  
Amarok, Konversation, KTorrent use monochrome icons (for system tray).

Expected Results:  
They should use colored icons.

Consistently use the Plasma theme for system faves and not for other faves.

Unfortunately it doesn't work properly in the Kicker sidebar because of
a bug in IconItem::setUsesPlasmaTheme.
