I have a setup with 2 monitors. If I login the splash screen shows up on both of them. After a few seconds the one on the primary monitor just stalls, while the secondary monitor continues and finally disappears, showing the started programs. I have to call "kwin_x11 --replace" to get the first monitor in a working state.

Thank you for the bug report. Unfortunately we were not able to get to it yet, and the way multi-monitor support is handled has changed a lot over the years. Can we ask you to please check if this is still an issue with Plasma 5.27? Thanks!
