Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create table in Libreoffice calc
2. Copy it and paste to composer


Actual Results:  
It will be pasted as Inline image or as attachment

Expected Results:  
New HTML table is created

HTML table should be created in rich text composer, the plain text composer should insert tab delimited text instead.

indeed I need to investigate why it'"s not pasted as html.
