It seems that during the processing of bug 335654, the version "16.08" was added to Akonadi, and which is a duplicate of "5.3.*". I already moved existing bugs away from "16.08" to their correct equivalent. So:

Akonadi's version "16.08" should be removed (assuming that's possible)

now that the two bugs that prevented it were moved, this version is now deleted
