I think the short descriptiion says it all 
but specifically I wanted to be able 
to italicize and 'bold' some text  in my
notes section for an appointment.

I think it could also be useful to provide
the same text enhancements in all
of the text fields in the organizer --
like the event titles the text notes
on ToDo's etc.
