Configure tool bars  "change icon"  and "change text" buttons are missing in Krita Ver 3.0.1

Reproducible: Couldn't Reproduce

Steps to Reproduce:
1.    Open "Settings" And then "Configure toolbars"
2.    There should be "change icon" and "change text" buttons under the current actions window.

Actual Results:  
negative...

Expected Results:  
On previous versions of Krita it is always present. But not on version 3.0.1
