Reproducible: Always

Could you explain what this should bring to the user? Are you aware that you can disable saving of the clipboard contents?

Yes, sorry, I should have expanded a little more.
Every day at morning (or every time I start my PC), I don't necessarily remember what I put in the clipboard in my previous session. Therefore I don't know if I can show important personal information to surrounding people when clicking in klipper's scissors. Also, if I leave my PC for a few minutes to somebody I don't like the whole clipboard information to be available.

So, to avoid this, every time I start the computer I have to manually "clear clipboard history". Thus I think it would be useful to add in the configuration a tickbox with "empty clipboard at startup" option. The result is no matter what you saved in your last session, the clipboard starts empty each time you start your pc.

Please uncheck the configuration option "Save clipboard contents on exit". This will ensure that klipper starts with an empty clipboard on startup.

I was suggesting to include an option "clear clipboard now".
But I guess the current way is OK as well.
