While extracting 2 or more compressed files (rar in this case) with a common file in each of the compressed ones, in the same folder, ark will not fallow/forced "apply to all" option when it encounters the "common" file already decompressed on the same folder.

It does not matter if i picked "skip" or "overwrite", ark is not "applying to all" in neither case.

I did not try to do the same from the command line.

Thanks for the report, this is a known bug (BatchExtract::slotUserQuery() should do some checks after query->execute() returns).
