Thanks for your report. I cannot reproduce, this is probably related to your setup. Can you give us more details, like which versions of the following apps do you have: * Kdenlive * Qt Also which distro / Desktop environment are you using, and which graphic card... $ lsb_release -a No LSB modules are available. Kdenlive seems to behave erraticaly with some combinations of mouse focus. I've tried with fluxbox and the problem isn't present, but kdenlive crashes after some seconds. XFCE, focus follow mouse, secondary monitor, detach project monitor and set it to fullscreen on second monitor. for me is really very easy to reproduce Please try with the actual Kdenlive version 18.08.1 Please test with latest appimage and let us know.
