Description Saurabh Minni 2016-09-17 05:18:16 UTC
After the system has been put to sleep by closing the lid of the laptop it so happens that the previous screens are visible for more than a few seconds after the system wakes up. Though no interactions are possible but everything is visible on the screen. This is a security nightmare under certain condition.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put the laptop to sleep after closing the lid while logged in
2. Open the laptop lid to wake up the system.

Actual Results:
You can see whatever was visible on the screen when the user was logged in

Expected Results:
Lock screen should be displayed

Currently for security we have to first lock the screen and then put the system to sleep

Plasma 5.5 is really old and there have been changes in that area since.

If this is still a problem with >5.7 please reopen this bug report.
