If I start steam big picture mode, it will show in every single activity, even though applications like kodi do not produce this behaviour. This can be a problem if I wanted a dedicated activity for steam.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Big picture mode in activity 1 on workspace 2
2. Switch to activity 2
3. Switch to workspace 2 within activity 2
4. Steam big picture will be present, thereby intruding into another activity

Actual Results:  
Application intrudes another activity

Expected Results:  
Application should be confined to its own activity

No idea what the 'big picture' mode is.

Does the window have a kwin decoration in that case or not? Does it have a kwin decoration if it is not in the 'big picture' mode?

This seems to be fixed. Can't reproduce on Plasma 5.23.2 on Arch Linux.
