Are you using nvidia binary drivers? If this is reproducible, could you please try running dolphin in valgrind? For more information, please see https://community.kde.org/Guidelines_and_HOWTOs/Debugging/How_to_create_useful_crash_reports#Retrieving_a_backtrace_with_Valgrind I am using nvidia drivers from rpm-fusion.
