when konsole is opened from kickoff or from search bar, window appear after few minutes after that.
When konsole is opened from other console (like Yaquake) it is opened immediately.
New process is spawned also immediately in both cases.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open konsole

Actual Results:  
Konsole is opened after few minutes

Expected Results:  
Konsole should open without delay

This problem was introduced after kde framework update to 5.26.0
