I have a current project that's 29.97fps. When I tried to change the framerate to 24fps, worked without issue. When I tried to change the Preview Render Profile setting framerate, Kdenlive crashed.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open [custom] project that's 29.97fps and 29.97fps framerate.
2. Change Project setting framerate to 24fps.
3. Then change Preview Render profile framerate to 24fps.

Actual Results:  
Kdenlive crashes.

Expected Results:  
Kdenlive shouldn't crash.

Bug discovered while using Kdenlive 16.11.70 git master build via ppa:kdenlive/kdenlive-master.

Ubuntu GNOME 16.10 beta 1 x64, Gnome 3.20 desktop environment.

KDE Frameworks 5.24.0
Qt 5.6.0.
