At the moment only the download of wipes works and the download of render profiles, project profiles and title templates os broken. Probably after the switch of the website the info that was in kdenlive.org/data was not updated.

I can indeed confirm this behaviour on version 16.08.0, exactly as described by farid.

I can confirm as well.

For example, the current url for the profile is https://kdenlive.org/data/mltprofilesources.xml, which gives 404. Farid, do you know where the data was moved ?

Fantastic!

Do we need to create this profiles or can we reuse the already existing one's? I imagine some need to be updated? Could I help somehow in this?

The previous profiles were stored in the website's Drupal database, and should be recoverable.
However, most of them will need to be tested. Since we can (if I remember correctly) add several render profiles to one file, we could even have an official "extra rendering codecs" package managed by us that adds some wanted profiles. I will let you know as soon as the categories are setup on store.kde.org and help will for sure be needed to re-add some profiles. I will keep you updated

Nice JB!

One thing that would be wonderful is to be able to download themes as well. I am personally using the Krita dark (which is enabled only when Krita is installed).
