This is a follow up of this discarded bug https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=358608.

When a screenshot should be printed it is useful to control where it should be placed on the paper and if and how the image should be scaled. See for example the "Print images" kipi plugin's "Image Settings" tab: http://i.imgur.com/2H0OXvN.png

This is certainly a useful feature to have. Patches welcome, because I will have other stuff to do before I get to this.

You can now do this using the annotation tools when using Spectacle 22.04 with kimageannotator 0.6.0 or newer.
