When right-clicking in a document in the editor window the git menu-item is not always present.

For example: editing an c++ file
hovering the mouse on a variable, that the parsing has identified as an variable, the git item is there.
hovering on any other part of the window and the git item is missing.

for other types of files like python source and no git item.

Right click on file in project tree and git is there.
