plasmashell takes up to 100% CPU (50% intel, plasma elements freeze) after some days running.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run KDE5 (ubuntu 16.04.1)
2. Use it or let it be for few days

Actual Results:  
Plasma elements freezes

Expected Results:  
Not to freeze :)
