Chrome plays the GIF just fine.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download this GIF, http://i.imgur.com/YCWIve2.gif
2. Open it in Okular

Actual Results:  
Only the first frame of the GIF is displayed

Expected Results:  
Animate the GIF
