This is a bug I already had in 0.9.8: When I apply a speed effect, safe , close the program and open it again, the clip has shrinked to one frame and the speed effect is not present in the clip anymore

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.load a view clips into timeline
2. apply speed effect to one clip (i.e. 50%)
3.safe the project
4, close and reopen the project

Can you reproduce in Kdenlive 16.08 ? If yes, please attach the broken project file here

I am using 16.08.1 and cannot reproduce this issue. Could you take another look?
