That is true for every notification in Plasma, so maybe it could be implemented in the desktop for every app. Maybe it could be done so clicking the notification copies the content, or maybe adding a small copy button... in any case, reassigning to Plasma as I think it is a good idea (and not the first time somebody complains about it in KDE Connect). Thanks for the report Notification text is already selectable with Plasma notifications, as fixed in bug 358981. If this doesn't work, please reopen bug 358981 with more details and ideally attach a screenshot of where you're trying to select the text, so that we're sure we're talking about the same thing.
