1. Icon size in Cathegories seems to be hardcoded, it's different from used in other boxes (Popular and Best Rated) and no way to change it.
2. Text boxes don't fit long names, especially if font set bigger (also clearly visible with russian localization due to russian higher than english average word length). I will attach screenshot made on FHD display with DPI set to 144 and russian l10n to this bug later (did not find such option in report form).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Change system DPI. I changed it by passing corresponding flag to X server on startup via sddm config.
2. Open Plasma Discover. 

Actual Results:  
Text boxes overlapping, different sized-icons.

Expected Results:  
Changing locale/DPI/font size does not affect UI, or, at least, a way to work some issues around through Settings dialog.

Tested in Debian Testing, July 2016, and KDE Neon, actual for both.
