Using 16.08 iteration of KDE apps now for some days. Sometimes I get oxygen icons in kmail component instead of breeze. Restart Kontact resolves it until it appears again.
Affects the folder icons on the left pane as well as toolbar icons.

Reproducible: Sometimes

I played a little bit around and found the following:
-removing cache did not help
-deinstalling oxygen5-icons results in no icons shown which means for some reason the fallback theme is used
-I only see it in PIM Apps, no other KDE apps.
-it is not only the folder-icons but sometime also some toolbar icons

possibly a frameworks bug?

it still sometimes appear using frameworks 5.27, qt 5.7 under plasma 5.8

strange but it look like a pim bug so please move the bug to the pim section.
