Nothing happens when I click on "Audio CD" in places panel

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.insert an audio cd
2.open dolphin and click on "Audio CD" in places panel under "Devices"
3.

Actual Results:  
Nothing happens

Expected Results:  
Dolphin shows audio cd content

The KDE is using kioslave to open/rip audiocds. The kio-audiocd is not ported to the KDE Frameworks 5.

As workaround I tried install audiocd-kio from AUR on Arch but I got a compile error with libkcompactdisc-git. Waiting port to be finished...

qt5 port is finished

but this problem with audio cds is still present in Doplhin.

The version available from that link is Qt4-based. The port was merged after the freeze of KDE Applications 16.08.

Do you mean that the version in master (targeted for KDE Applications 16.12) is buggy?

No, I meant it is not released, which is what I believe they meant by "finished"

Could you test the master branch https://github.com/KDE/audiocd-kio if find any bug please report to me, thanks a lot!

And I will contact release team too ;-) or someone is familiar with Application releasing, please give me some advice!

Installed kde apps 16.12 beta on Arch from kde_unstable repository... dolphin does not show files from audio cd yet.

Did you explicitly install audiocd-kio ?
