Please remove your Kdenlive related user config files, and retry. I've checked for and removed: ~/.local/share/kdenlive/ I also checked for: ~/.kde/share/config/kdenliverc ~/.config/kdenliverc ~/.kde/share/apps/kdenlive/ ~/kdenlive ~/.local/share/kxmlgui5/kdenlive/kdenliveui.rc and none of those files/folders exist. I still get the same crash. Also, I've since tried updating to kde-apps/kdenlive-16.08.0 from the gentoo kde overlay and it also crashes on startup. Your setup seems to be severly broken. Please head over to the Kdenlive forum and ask for help from Gentoo users. Thank you very much for your cooperation. Gentoo stable version of frei0r-plugins and opencv were using Qt4. No crash with unstable versions. Sorry, I should have searched the forums first... https://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-t-881523-start-25.html |
