The search function should also make proper use of package descriptions to display all relevant results for a query.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Search for "scan".

Actual Results:  
Searching for "scan" won't show Skanlite (which has "scan" in the description).

Expected Results:  
Skanlite should be among the results.

We can't list skanlite at all unless it provides the metadata.
