cannot click any buttons other than first two rows.
I attached video for example

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.enable/disable few plugins
2.lock the screen , resume after few minutes
3.try clicking the tabs

Actual Results:  
cannot click items . I have to quit and restart Ktorrent
