Most tools aren't working with tablet (Wacom), mouse, or trackpad. Using Windows 10. Pointer does not appear when navigated onto canvas. Anything applied with a tool does not show up until window is minimized or until dialog box opens.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open
2. Select tool
3. Attempt to use tool on canvas

Actual Results:  
Nothing, until window is closed or minimized, then canvas is altered in the way attempted.

Which graphics card do you have?

Obviously, this is not happening for most people; it must be something peculiar to your system. As Wolthera said, it's most likely a graphics card/driver issue. To verify that: does the problem go away if you disable opengl in the settings dialog? And is the problem still present with the latest development build? (http://files.kde.org/krita/3/windows/devbuilds/krita-3.0.1-alpha2.zip)
