You could try disabling the blur effect. That could improve the rendering speed. The default deco does not use blur behind window decorations, the Aurorae themes do.

I did try but i have the same problem, only with xrender it works fine.

This bug report is quite old. Can you still reproduce this issue with KDE 5.23?
