In KDE4 applications using the breeze style (and breeze-icons) some toolbar icons jump one pixel when hovered.

Thanks for reporting.
I cannot reproduce it here.
In order to narrow down the issue, does it also happen
- with another widget style (oxygen ? fusion ?)
- with another icon theme ? 
- other applications/icons ? 

Also, what is your icon size ?

It's fixed itself after changing the icon theme and changing it back to breeze. Probably a cache issue.
