When using custom properties, Kdenlive seems to still output to 1080p.

I'm using the nightly PPA on Kubuntu 16.10

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download and import the clip from https://github.com/nextcloud/example-files/raw/master/Nextcloud.mp4 and drag to the timeline
2. Accept Kdenlives suggestion to match the project settings to the clip
3. Render using any of the mp4 profiles ("H264/AAC High profile"/"Generic MP4"/"MPEG-4/ASP/MP3"

Actual Results:  
Kdenlive renders a 1920x1080 resolution video

Expected Results:  
Kdenlive renders a 960x540px video, the same as the original clip AND project.

Sorry but I cannot reproduce this using 16.08.1. Could you give it another try and if so close the bug.
