Using the APRS Plugin without moving the map, there is no automatic update if a new station is received by an internet server.
A zoom, map move operation or a focus change ins required, after that new stations are visible.

If a new station (or an update of an existing station) inside the current map is received the map should be updated.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start marble with active aprs plugin
2. wait for aprs stations without touching mouse or keyboard
3. no changea are visible
4. move the map OR change the focus OR change the zoom level and all changes will be visible

Actual Results:
no new aprs stations are shown on the map, until the map is refreshed by any action

Expected Results:
a new (or updated) aprs station should be shown immediately

Using marble with an Ordoid XU4. It shows APRS stations, normally there is no user input.

Found a solution. Just by setting the refresh interval to a short time. Then a live data view on the map is possible without user interaction.
