When I try to print a document for example a pdf file in A3 it doesn't work.
KDE always tells the printer to print in a4 instead.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Print dialog
2. Select A3
3. Select print

Actual Results:  
Prints in A4

Expected Results:  
Prints in A3

Tried Okular and Kmail both same result.

@Thaodan: Is this still a problem? If so, can you please attach a sample document, e.g. a PDF file for Okular?

Also: What version of the Qt library is being used?
