The search for the error leads me to the akonadi ressources; i think it was my mistake removing a duplicate entry for 'trash' at the 'local folders'. The appropriate error file is attached: /home/muelux/.local/share/akonadi/akonadiserver.error Created attachment 100477 [details]
the ressource for the local trash folder can't be found
Bug is substantially equivalent to #339214 and #362339 but either surprisingly yet in "unconfirmed" state. All are related to change of location of trash folder from local to an IMAP folder. There's a workaround here: https://forum.kde.org/viewtopic.php?f=215&t=120777&p=368778#p368778 that implies use of 'akonadiconsole'. But, in my opinion, this bug SHOULD indeed be taken into proper attention as it's particularly annoying: it stops KMail immediately after execution and discourages non-skilled users. Furthermore the workaround can not be readily found. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 339214 *** |
