krunner and kde start menu search does not work at all. I'm trying to type some symbols like "konsol" and has no results. It is impossible to use start menu or krunner to run any application. File search is also not working. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on start menu and start to type some app name to start
2. No any results shows
3. Press alt+f2 start type some app name to start - has no any results

Actual Results:  
No expected behavior - searched app does no start

Expected Results:  
Typed application should start

possible fix for this bug: https://phabricator.kde.org/D16832
a workaround is to clean configuration or create a new user
