Can you reproduce this?
Seems like you got to a weird state there, if you have any idea of how it got there, I'd love to know.

There was a lot when this occurred. I haven't had time to recreate the exact conditions but I've used KDE a lot since this and done a few apt upgrades and the issue hasn't recurred.
