Some gtk programs manage to change the cursor theme. When I hover over Firefox, thunderbird or nightly I get the contrast-large theme which I didn't set.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Change theme to Arc-dark theme?
2. Change font on gtk to ubuntu? 
3.

Actual Results:  
The cursor changes on some windows

Expected Results:  
The cursor should stay to the same breeze-dark theme I set.

I have Discord-canary installed.

Can you maybe upload your gtk settings?
