SDDM background change does no effect

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open kcm-sddm and your SDDM theme background
2.do logout from your kde plasma session
3.

Actual Results:  
previous background is still active in SDDM

Expected Results:  
new background is active in SDDM
