System shows notifications in applet. One wants to update. Discover comes up with busy spin. Then it switches to the updat-to-date screen until the query transaction completed in package. Only then will it actually show the updates and offer an update.

Reproducible: Always



Expected Results:  
Should busy spin until the transactions come back.

I can reproduce, need to find a reasonably elegant way to implement that.
