I really cannot reproduce this one, been trying for a while. Any further input? A video at least? An issue in KDE Neon 5.7.4 that might be related. Window state is not preserved across restarting application, specifically Discover always starts unmaximized. Always reproductible this way: 1. Open Plasma Discover; 2. Click "Maximize" in window docorations; 3. Close Plasma Discover; 4. Open it again. The window is not maximized, though it occupies the whole desktop. @Maxym this is unrelated and is already fixed.
