After upgrading from opensuse 13.2 to Leap 42.1
dolphin starts with : 
"Prozess kann nicht gestartet werden: Aufruf des Ein-/Ausgabemoduls nicht möglich.
klauncher meldet: Fehler beim Laden von „/usr/lib64/qt5/plugins/kf5/kio/file.so“ 
and is not able to show anything

Upgrade with the mentioned problem was done online. By reinstalling Leap from ISO the problem has been solved for me.
