You are referring to the split view right? The split view is specific to a tab. Opening new tabs from either of the two panes will create a new independent tab. At least this how it works on: Dolphin 16.12.2 KDE Frameworks 5.30.0 Qt 5.8.0 (built against 5.7.1) The xcb windowing system Hello @Narayan, as explained by Nikolaos in comment 1, the tabs are independent from the split view. If this issue still occurs with Dolphin, it'd be helpful if you could attach a screenshot which highlights the issue. No response -> closing. Please reopen this bug report if you can still reproduce the behavior with a newer version of Dolphin & attach a screenshot of the issue. Thanks! |
