This is actually a case from my friend using KDE. Today he decided to rename his own user, and consequently moving his home directory. Now KDE lists two "Home" in the locations panel to the left, with the one "Home" on the top still referencing to the old home directory, and a new "Home" on the bottom referencing to the new and correct home directory.

I will attach a screenshot down below.

P.S. Original home directory was /home/aosc, now it's /home/lion.

Renaming your user is not supported at the moment, so it isn't surprising that your friend ran into this bug. In the future, it's recommended to create a new account with the desired new name, and then delete the old account.
