Dear Developer, 

In GIMP when pointing at tools (brush, color picker, etc) the text of tooltips is unreadable.

Expected Results:  
The text is readable.

I'm fairly certain this is a duplicate of this bug: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=355540

You can find a detailed explanation and workaround there- hopefully this behavior can be disabled sooner rather than later.
