The digikam time stamps are not updated after use of Adjust Time tool. Only EXIF tags are updated. See screenshots.

Furthermore, the images are copied and not edited: Different behaviour to digikam 4

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Choose images and add to BQM
2. Add Adjust Time tool and configure it e.g. +1 hour.
3. Images are copied, EXIF tags updated, 

Actual Results:  
Images are copied , digikam time stamp not updated.

Expected Results:  
Images are updated with changed times.

Whether a copy is made or whether the original file is overwritten, can be set under Behavior. A complete workflow can be saved with all settings and can be used repeatedly.

You're right, thank you for clarification. Which makes me point over to bug 365876. I think, the new behaviour with the BQM is absolutely not user-friendly.
